PEOPLE BASED SOCIAL SYSTEM： THE HOPE OF THE WORLD IN THE FUTURE

Although human beings have successfully established an International Space Station in the orbit over the earth and had made the footprints on the surface of the Moon with the rapid development in science and technology in modern history, so far, they are unable to find another planet in the universe as a permanent living place. Therefore, the earth is the only home for human beings to live on.

With the great imagination, let us see the earth from out space. The earth can be seen as a round house without a clear layer. All human beings are living within this house. The land under our feet is the floor in the house; the atmosphere over our head is the room space in the house; cities, mountains, and forests are the furnitures and decorations in the house; roads, lakes, oceans, and volcanoes are the passageways, bathrooms, and kitchens in the house.

Based on all the information we have now, human beings must live on the earth for at least one million years. In another word, human beings are unable to immigrate to another planet outside of the earth for living. This is because the Moon, Mars, and Venus, the three closest stars to the earth, are lack of the environmental conditions for the earth beings to live. By my personal scientific understanding, the Moon and Mars are never suitable for human beings to live on. The reason is that they have no good atmosphere condition and have no enough heating energy to support the living requirements of human beings. Venus may have the potential environmental conditions. But it needs at least one million years to change its environmental conditions to the same one as earth's current conditions.

After knowing these important knowledges, we must recognize that we human beings are the same family members, are living in the same house, and must live together for a long time. Therefore, there is an very important question for all human beings: how should we make the house looked better altogether and how do we deal with the relationship among the family members? The answers to this question may be different. But the final answers to this question by human beings have only two choices: one is the continuation of cruel competitions among the members in the favor of own interest, and making bigger space and better profits by defeating the competitors with the means of wars and capital exploits; another choice is that all human beings are peacefully live together, try the best to give a good management of the earth, at the same time, work together to develop new space technology, and make the great effort on the immigration to another planet before the earth is too old to support human beings' living.

Someone may get the benefit in the short term if they make the first choice. However, from the long term view, it is an obvious unfavorable choice for them, especially for their next generations and the future of the world. The reason is that the cruel competitions will result in conflicts and the conflicts may cause wars among different interest groups. Modern war can be large scale and make great damage to the earth environmental conditions. As a result of this, the earth will face great disaster. Therefore , it is obvious that the second choice is much better than the first one.

My most concern about this situation is that only few people in the world agree with this view. The government of each country is always considering its own country's interest, seldom think about all human being's benefit. This kind of action would only make the conflicts worse.

It seems that the globalization is the general trend in modern days. However, if we take a deep look at the current world situation, it is not difficult to find out that the world is divide further in two directions: one is the wealth-poverty extreme; another is the different ideal values of the world. The extremely imbalance of the wealth distribution in the world can cause substantial crisis and can be easily seen in daily life. It can be seen on the street as the employees making strike against the governments or employers. Furthermore, because the few very wealth people control the majority of the world wealth, economic crises will take place very easy by the irresponsible action of these greedy people.

It is hard to know the danger of the difference caused by the ideal value. But actually this kind of danger is more severe than the danger caused by the division of wealth distribution. This is because the difference between ideal values can result in the cultural conflicts among different groups. The cultural conflicts can cause large scale crisis and may result in large scale world war. The reason is that every action in the world is determined by human beings' ideas.

There are two main ideal values in the world in modern days: one is the Communism and another is the capitalism. These two systems have very different philosophy and are against each other in the term of world value view and life value view. This is not good for the whole world. It is the same thing as two brothers who hate each other living in the same house. They would fight each other frequently. Thus, in order to avoid this conflict, all human beings should act together, think in the same way, give up old and narrow-minded philosophy, establish a new, people based social system. This system takes the earth as the central part of human life.

When all human beings can recognize that the earth is the only home for all of us and can try one's best to make the home better together, then the world will be very hopeful in the future.
